Troubleshooting

There are a couple of immediate things that might prevent you from activating a cuelist.

  1. Make sure the grandmaster is not at Zero

  • In the top left of your screen you will see a button that says GM next to the ONYX logo

  • Make sure this button is at 100%

  • In the off chance it is not, click it and a slider will appear

  • Slide this slider to 100%, click that same button again to make it disapear, and you are good to go

  1. You may have release selected.

  • In the top left under the Grandmaster slider, you will see a collection of shapes. A Star, a Triangle, A Pause, A Square, and A Check

  • If the square is selelcted, this will not allow you to fire a cue, it is doing the opposite and stopping cues.

  • Make sure you have the GO button selected, then try firing the cue again
