The media ministry exists to fulfill River Oak’s mission of Living every day captivated and changed by Jesus by enhancing experiences.

Team Expectations

Live every day captivated and changed by Jesus.

• Arrive at least fifteen minutes before rehearsal/services.

• Always confirm that your equipment is doing what it’s supposed to do. Ex: when you push a button, make sure your equipment responds in the proper way.

• Keep your workstation clean.

• Stay focused.

  • Please stay off your cell phone during the service unless you are communicating about urgent production matters.

  • Please stay in the booth through the entirety of the service.

• Help Multiply and develop our team.

• Grow and improve your skill set.

• Learn new roles.

• Help others learn new roles.

• Invite others onto the team.

• Know how to use Planning Center Online.

• Know how to block out dates in Planning Center Online. (PLEASE block out dates so you don’t have to decline invites.)
